The FT-153 is a true counter weighted boomed machine that positions components and counterweight for maximum effect. The large capacity fuel and hydraulic oil tank are incorporated in the massive counterweight structure. The engine mounts behind the main boom pivot for additional counterweight movement. The over sized swing bearing and high swing torque give exceptional stability and durability to this unit.
