Western Michigan Treatment Center, a member of CRC Health Group in Grandville, MI provides superior outpatient drug treatment to men and women struggling with opiate addiction and other substance abuse disorders. We are currently seeking a dynamic Clinic Director. Our Clinic Director works under the supervision of the Regional Director. This individual directs clinical operation of the facility Chemical Dependency /Medication Assisted Treatment Program.
The Clinic Director has knowledge of and is culturally sensitive to employees and the problems of patients. The Clinic Director is the final administrative and clinic authority with regard to the day-to-day operations of the clinic. In collaboration with the Medical Director (when addressing issues impacting medical treatment), the Clinic Director oversees and supervises all staff activity and decision-making.
Additional Position
Responsibilities:
o Develops implements, supervises and evaluated all therapeutic components of the program for assigned patient populations, and the facility.
o Ensure that all State and Federal Regulations, including CARF accreditation standards are maintained at all times, including the submission of corrective action plans to said agencies.
o Achieve financial results to meet operations budget.
o Generate reports to evaluate overall clinic performance.
o Maintains compliance with national accreditation, governmental regulations and maintains the clinic's operating licenses.
o Responsible for overall clinical performance and quality outcomes management, including client satisfaction with clinic and clinic services.
o Responsible for payer and referral source satisfaction with the clinic.
o Development and implementation of all clinic policies and procedures including public affairs and community relations.
o Integration of staff services as described in clinic protocol/operations manual.
o Managing and monitoring productivity standards and providing training and supervision of all staff.
Job Requirements:
o Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position in behavioral health or related field.
o Bachelor's degree in a health care or business.
o Knowledge of general billing procedures.
o Experience operating within a set budget.
o Direct clinical experience working with narcotic addicted patients with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of narcotic agonist treatment, preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
