Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable individual that is able and willing to complete renovation projects.
This person will have basic skills and knowledge with ability to be trained in the following areas while using a commonsense approach to complete the assigned tasks and acquire the materials needed.
Key
Responsibilities:
A valid driver license.
Ability to communicate progress/outcomes based on task schedule.
Completion of tasks in a timely manner.
Creation of material lists and determining needs for additional manpower.
Familiarity with basic tools (i.
e.
, drill/driver, small power tools, and others).
Direct and complete logistics of items on and off site.
Basic knowledge of construction is desired but not required in:
Carpentry:
Ex.
Hardware installation, and minor trim.
Mechanical:
Ex.
Furnace filter change and condensate clean.
Electrical:
Ex.
Re-lamping existing light fixtures, secure existing devices.
Plumbing:
Ex.
Change valve cartridge.
Landscaping:
Ex.
Removal of plantings and hardscape adjustment.
Miscellaneous:
Ex.
Minor painting.
Physical requirements:
Able to bend, stoop, twist, and kneel.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Able to maneuver and climb ladders.
Able to use basic hand tools.
