We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials - Take accurate food and drink orders from customers - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and efficient manner - Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Process payments using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station - Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic kitchen operations - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or special requests - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures - Experience using OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
