HR Business Partner

Overview for HR Business Partner:
The Human Resource Business Partner is an integral role that provides leadership to the employee relations functions of PADNOS.
The Human Resource Business Partner will contribute to the Human Resources team's efforts to foster a positive and highly effective working environment based on mutual respect and a shared goal of being the number one supplier to our customers at PADNOS.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination thorough communications, and/or meetings.
Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or company needs.
Accountabilities for HR Business Partner:
Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support.
Act in collaboration with HR team to foster an engaged, competent workforce with a growth mindset.
Business alignment:
Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and develop HR strategies that align with them.
HR operations:
Provide HR operations support such as managing employee data, administering benefits and compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces and welcomes new employees to the corporate culture.
Data analytics:
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Develop and implement new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
Along with the Benefits Specialist, track and update all FMLA, STD and Worker's Compensation cases.
Business alignment:
Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and develop HR strategies that align with them.
Talent management:
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
Leadership and collaboration:
Build relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders to develop collaborative partnerships that support the overall business strategy.
Employee relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management and provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, harassment and discrimination complaints, and workplace investigations.
Review all corrective counseling notices and discrepancies/disagreements with CHRO /Team leaders and/or team members and provide feedback.
Respond to all unemployment claims and hearings.
Ensures the progressive discipline process is consistent across the organization and supports management and team members to have resolution to issues.
Maintains a commitment to integrity for decisions and recommendations.
Change management:
Support organizational change initiatives by developing change management strategies, communicating with employees, and providing training and support to managers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (ie.
EEOC, Human Rights and OSHA).
Partner with operational leaders to create an environment in which team members regard health and safety as a personal accountability.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for HR Business Partner:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business field required.
5 - 7 years of experience handling administrative responsibilities, preferably in HR or related area in a manufacturing environment.
Customer Service mindset.
Demonstrated strong leadership ability including very strong communication and negotiation skills to interact and influence various segments of the organization.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to follow written and verbal direction.
Ability to handle matters of confidentiality discreetly and work with employees on issues requiring varying degrees of sensitivity.
Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills especially Excel.
Knowledge of State and Federal compliance requirements such as EEOC, NLRB, CRC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.
Able to work flexible hours to support entire production team.
Positive, professional attitude and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
