You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences and helping grow the business.
This is an important position as you are the first one people see when they come through our doors and the first point of contact for many of our clients who contact us by phone or email.
Our firm is growing quickly, and a superstar in-office front-line support person is essential to meet our client's needs.
A typical day will include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing digital and print correspondence, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and ensuring our legal team has everything needed to be fully prepared for meetings and court hearings.
You'll also coordinate with our associate attorney and paralegal to keep our case and business files organized to ensure our firm runs efficiently.
This is a key position in our firm.
It is a full-time job, so you must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week.
Initial compensation will be based on prior experience and current pay.
Raises will be based on job performance.
The position is full-time and offers health insurance, paid holidays and vacation time.

Responsibilities:
Write and send letters, notecards, emails, newsletters, and thank-you cards to clients when requested Greet visitors, prospects, clients, and referral sources when they come to the office Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, handling office mail, making and scanning copies, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines Help with extra administrative activities as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm's seamless functioning Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for the team as requested
Qualifications:
