Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition in a warm and authentic manner Demonstrates ability to check guests in and out according to Marriott QA standards and Navigates hotel reservation system in order to complete assigned duties Maintains communication with housekeeping and other staff to ensure success in all departments Answers the telephone, responding to questions accordingly or transferring as needed Responsible for the cash drawer at the beginning and the end of their shift.
Ensures that cash drops are done in accordance with proper cash handling procedures Resolves guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction Responsible for completion of daily checklist Maintains a clean and organized front desk area Keeps a stocked and presentable marketplace according to Marriott standards Other duties as assigned Job Type:
